Late Spring Empties

Happy June: my birthday month! This will be my inaugural birthday as a California resident. We’re going to have a housewarming/birthday gathering at our place and I’m looking forward to hosting friends and family.

I emptied some beauty products last month, but it was a fairly light month for empties. We went on a couple short trips in the last week of May, so I did finish up some minis during our travels.

Would I Repurchase?
  • ÞRÍR Iceland Glacial Clay Purifying Mask: I ordered this mask after our vacation in Iceland last year. Loved it! I would buy it again.
  • Nutrafol Hair Serum [affiliate link]: I like this and have gone through many bottles. I may soon be gifted a hair serum from a different brand to try out, so we’ll see if I end up coming back to this one.
  • Youth to the People 15% Vitamin C Bright Cell [affiliate link]: the brand has gifted me products, but I bought this one myself. This is an updated vitamin C formula and I think I like it as much as their original one. Would repurchase.
  • K18 Leave-In Molecular Repair Hair Mask mini [affiliate link]: would repurchase. I do think this helps with my hair health, though I don’t use it regularly.
  • Peach Slices Snail Rescue Ultimate Eye Gel [gifted; affiliate link]: a nice, light eye gel that I would buy on my own. It’s good as a morning eye gel and then I use something a little heavier at night.
  • Innisfree Green Tea Seed Hyaluronic Cream mini [affiliate link]: from the Korean skincare favorites set that I bought during the spring Sephora sale. Because the formula is light, this is a good AM cream for warmer weather. The price is good, too. I would purchase it full sized.
  • Tatcha The Kissu Lip Mask mini [affiliate link]: from a mini Tatcha set that I bought sometime late last year. It’s a great overnight lip mask that I’ve bought full sized before, and I would do so again.
  • Fischersund No. 101 mini: from the Langdegi Discovery Set [affiliate link] that I bought in Iceland. I love all of the scents from this set. I would buy this scent full sized.
  • Then I Met You Living Cleansing Balm mini [affiliate link]: also from the Korean faves set. This is a good first cleanse at night; I would buy it full sized.
  • Trader Joe’s Cranberry Orange Moisturizing Lip Balm: not my favorite scent, but I liked it enough to use up. This was from a holiday set, so you can’t buy it individually. TJs lip balms are generally good, though.
  • Buff City Soap Patchouli Sandalwood Soap: bought in Wilmington, NC while we were there last fall for John’s half Iron Man. This store is super cute and has so many fun soap scents. I liked this woody, masculine scent.
Single Use

  • Bioeffect Imprinting Hydrogel Mask [affiliate link]: this Icelandic brand’s sheet masks are quite hydrating and I would repurchase.
  • Biodance Radiant Vita Niacinamide Real Deep Mask [affiliate link]: I’m really liking this brand’s masks; they impart a very hydrated, luminous look to my skin. I bought a set of these and would do so again.
  • Cosrx Advanced Snail Mucin Power Sheet Mask [affiliate link]: another mask that does a good job at hydrating. I would probably buy this again.
  • Liquid Death Mountain Water Face Mask: oh, more hydration! I liked this mask as well. I picked one up at Walgreens and am not sure if they’re still available, but I would repurchase.
  • Grace & Stella Moisturizing & Illuminating Eye Masks: this Costco multipack has been a good value and I would buy it again.
  • Boscia Pore Purifying Black Charcoal Strip: alas, Boscia is no more. These strips do a pretty good job of ripping gunk out of the skin on your nose.
  • Rare Beauty Find Comfort Hydrating Under Eye Patches [affiliate link]: so soothing, love them. Would repurchase.
  • Dr. Dennis Gross Universal Daily Peel Pad x 3 [affiliate link]: still liking these too, and would buy them again at a discount.

As always, thanks for reading!
